THE TOWNHOMES AT WATSON PLACE
A four-unit townhome with detached garage, blending cutting-edge construction with deep community engagement to provide high-quality, attainable housing in North Omaha, with homes manufactured in Nebraska. This project is part of HGP’s goal of neighborhood-scale impact that is immediate.
THE WATSON PLACE NEIGHBORHOOD
A joint development of HGP and Habitat for Humanity of Omaha in North Omaha, the project will add 27 new homes in a combination of single family, duplex, and quadplex townhomes. Sales expected in late 2026.
